It's almost my birthday

Tuesday is my birthday. I turn 31. E has asked me at least a dozen times what I want. I look at him, with all seriousness in the world. What do I want? I have everything I could ever want. I have him. I have a son and a daughter. We are all healthy. We have a beautiful home. E has an amazing job. We have the money we need.

What could I possibly want for my birthday?
