YUMMY dinner

E and I have been trying to get in the habit of making super yummy dinners at home. This not only saves money but also makes for wonderful adult time once the babe is in bed.

This week I decided it would be fun to break out the pasta maker again (remember last year?) and make some homemade linguini. I wanted a super yummy sauce so went over to the Pioneer Woman and decided on carbonara.

The recipe was quite easy and the result was fantastic. E and I devoured the dinner and decided that this tradition of excellent dinners must continue.
